HISTORIC PULLMAN BALL PARK NON-PROFIT GROUPS RENTAL / LEASING RATES
ENTRANCE FEE/SURCHARGE For all baseball/softball events, an entrance fee (surcharge) of $3 for adults; $2 for high school students; and $1 for children under 12 will be charged to enter the stadium. If there is no “gate” fee being charged by the “renter” of the stadium, there will be a $2 entrance fee charged by the stadium. Example: If the “renter” is charging $2 for entrance to the event, an additional $2 fee will be added for a total of $4 to enter the event.

High School Playoffs $300 plus reimbursement of stadium staff (Gate fee may be waved)
College Games Per Season Cost Per Game 1—3 $200 4—9 $175
Special Team Requests - Determined on a case-by-case basis. Cost does not include “Announcer”.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Night Game (under lights): Add $25 (Night Game – 8 PM) Weekend Game: Add $50 (Weekend Game – Friday night, Saturday, Sunday) Scoreboard Operator: $30 Announcer: $30
REQUIREMENTS 1. Food & Beverages are not permitted to be brought onto Pullman Park property 2. A Minimum 50% deposit is required for date confirmation 3. The Authority reserves the right to cancel and reschedule a date Any charitable organization can request a “hardship” reduction of fees
BANQUET/MEETING ROOM RENTAL Cost will be quoted per event.
